The Guys of SEX AND THE CITY Are Talking in Six-Week Let′s Talk about Sex and the City Stunt

Blair Underwood, Mario Cantone, Evan Handler, Willie Garson and David Eigenberg Featured in Exclusive Interstitial Interviews Interspersed Throughout 12 Favorite Episodes

Let′s Talk about Sex and the City Runs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. Beginning July 18, with Encores Wednesdays at 10 p.m. The ladies have had their say, so now it′s time for the guys as TBS presents Let′s Talk about Sex and the City, six weeks of specially created interviews with five of SEX AND THE CITY′s most memorable men: Blair Underwood (Dr. Robert Leeds), Mario Cantone (Anthony Marentino), Evan Handler (Harry Goldenblatt), Willie Garson (Stanford Blatch) and David Eigenberg (Steve Brady). Each of the stars talks about his memories of working on SEX AND THE CITY, with the interviews interspersed throughout episodes of the popular series beginning Tuesday, July 18. SEX AND THE CITY, cable television′s #1 sitcom, runs with two back-to-back episodes each Tuesday at 9 p.m. (ET/PT), with an encore of each week′s episodes running Wednesdays at 10 p.m. (ET/PT).

Among the many inside stories to be featured during Let′s Talk about Sex and the City, Blair Underwood talks about how he would want to date Samantha, but marry Charlotte. Mario Cantone talks about how people assume he can plan a wedding, but he says of himself, "I′m the worst, so hire someone else." Evan Handler jokingly talks about his responsibility of being a man on the show: "Éto accept humiliation daily..." Willie Garson talks about his 20-year friendship with Sarah Jessica Parker and how that friendship showed through in their performances on the show. And David Eigenberg talks about how the clothes for the women on the show cost as much as $5,000 per episode, while the clothes for the men usually cost about $53.

Adding a special relish to the Let′s Talk about Sex and the City stunt, TBS has acquired the rights to the popular song "Let′s Talk about Sex" by Salt-N-Pepa. Twelve episodes have been selected from SEX AND THE CITY′s six-season run to show the men at their best. The following is the schedule:

Tuesday, July 18
"The Real Me" (Season 4, Episode 2) - Carrie gets in touch with her inner super-model when she′s asked to be in a fashion show. Samantha gets in touch with her inner nude model when she has revealing photos taken. Miranda indulges her sexual confidence when a man at the gym finds her attractive. And Charlotte learns her sexual organs are depressed.

"The Post-It Always Sticks Twice" (Season 6, Episode 7) - In an attempt to avoid branding her day as "the day she was broken up with on a post-it note," Carrie and the girls go to Bed, a hot new bar. Miranda fits into her skinny jeans. Samantha realizes that she wants to be "someone special" to Smith. Charlotte finds her inner bride. And Carrie gets busted for smoking a doobie.

Tuesday, July 25
"A Woman′s Right to Shoes" (Season 6, Episode 9) - Carrie goes to a party where she′s forced to remove her shoes, but when she′s ready to leave, her shoes aren′t there. Miranda gets the chicken pox, as well as a crush on her neighbor. Samantha wants a no-kids policy in restaurants. And Charlotte deals with an unexpected nudist, Harry.

"Time and Punishment" (Season 4, Episode 7) - Charlotte quits her gallery job to have a baby. Miranda has a neck spasm, and Carrie sends Aidan to help. Samantha starts having an affair with a guy who won′t forgive her for having hair. And Carrie feels Aidan is punishing her for her affair with Mr. Big.

Tuesday, August 1
"Hot Child in the City" (Season 3, Episode 15) - When Samantha is hired as the publicist for an A-list Bar Mitzvah, she starts to wonder whether there′s any difference between women and girls. Miranda′s new braces make her feel like a teenager. Charlotte and Trey see a sex therapist and learn to name their privates. And Carrie dates a comic-book artist who still lives with his parents.

"Unoriginal Sin" (Season 5, Episode 2) - Without sex, Carrie can′t think of column ideas. Steve convinces Miranda to baptize Brady. Samantha takes Richard back. Carrie gets a book deal and then has to decide if she′s an optimist or a pessimist. And Charlotte is worried her faith has been shaken since her divorce from Trey.

Tuesday, August 8
"Running with Scissors" (Season 3, Episode 11) - Miranda is harassed by a hoagie. Samantha meets a guy who′s ready to strap her into a sex swing but insists she get an HIV test first. Charlotte hires a stylist to help her pick out her wedding dress. And Carrie relapses with Big in his conjugal bed and then has a run-in with Natasha.

"One" (Season 6, Episode 12) - Carrie and Charlotte go to a gallery opening where Carrie meets Aleksandr Petrovsky, an icon in the art world and unlike anyone she′s ever dated. Miranda tells Steve that she loves him. Charlotte has a miscarriage, but like Elizabeth Taylor, decides she will carry on. And Samantha tells the girls her real age and finds a gray hair in an unwanted spot.

Tuesday, August 15 "20-Something Girls vs. 30-Something Women" (Season 2, Episode 17) - The girls get a Hamptons share. Samantha′s assistant quits, steals her Rolodex and throws the party of the summer. Charlotte dates a 20-something guy who gives her more than she bargained for. And Carrie sees Big with Natasha, a 26-year-old he met in Paris.

"I Love a Charade" (Season 5, Episode 8) - The girls are invited to the Hamptons wedding of Bobby Fine, a well-known gay man. Samantha borrows Richard′s house to throw a party. Miranda sleeps with Steve and becomes a fugitive. Charlotte gets serious about Harry. And Carrie and Berger decide to go on a date before they break up.

Tuesday, August 22
"Ex and the City" (Season 2, Episode 18) - Big tells Carrie he and Natasha are engaged. Miranda and Steve go out as friends and wind up as more. Samantha meets Mr. Cocky, who turns out to be a little too big for his britches. And Charlotte, upset over a childhood horse-riding accident, tries to get back in the saddle.

"Critical Condition" (Season 5, Episode 6) - Carrie meets the woman who dated Aidan after her and fears bad reviews. Brady won′t stop crying until a sympathetic neighbor gives Miranda a vibrating chair. Samantha babysits Brady and gives him her new vibrator to keep him quiet. And Charlotte meets Harry Goldenblatt, her divorce lawyer, and wins her apartment in the settlement.

SEX AND THE CITY is a candid, comic view of the enduring friendship among four New York women as they struggle to find love in the unique world of Manhattan′s dating scene. The series stars Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, a New York-based columnist who chronicles the mating habits of single New Yorkers. The series also stars cast regulars Kim Cattrall as PR executive Samantha Jones, who′s seen and done it all; Kristin Davis as Charlotte York, still trying to hold on to the idea of happily ever after; and Cynthia Nixon as corporate lawyer Miranda Hobbes, a pragmatist trying to balance the idea of love with the realities of life.

SEX AND THE CITY is the first cable program ever to take top honors in the comedy category at the Emmys. Among the show′s many other awards are a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award for the ensemble cast. In addition, Parker has won three Golden Globes and a Screen Actors Guild Award for her performance as Carrie, while Cattrall earned a Golden Globe for her performance as Samantha.
