EXTREME MAKEOVER WEDDING EDITION To Premiere May 9 on ABC

Meet deserving couple Kyle Garlett and Carrie Riordan, whose heart warming story of love and courage inspires an incredible team of wedding planners and designers - dubbed the "I Do Crew" - to throw the wedding of their dreams in just three days, on EXTREME MAKEOVER WEDDING EDITION, Monday, May 9 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Groom Kyle Garlett, 33, is the very face of courage: A four-time cancer survivor, he has spent most of his teenage and adult life in and out of hospital. The toll of ongoing chemotherapy has destroyed his heart, and he is currently waiting for a heart transplant to save his life. Our bride, Carrie Riordan, 29, is a community activist and marathon runner who met our groom when she was training for a charity run for the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society in 2002. Despite their deep love, they´ve been unable to have a wedding due to costs they will incur with the heart transplant.

The couple get the surprise of their lives on the grounds of City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte, CA, where Kyle has received medical treatment for the last several years and where the ceremony is to take place. To prepare for the big event, celebrity dance choreographer Cris Judd teaches Kyle, who has never danced with Carrie, moves for their first dance together as husband and wife. And to keep the fun going, Kyle's favorite hometown team, the Kansas City Chiefs, sends one of their own, Tony Gonzalez, to help celebrate at his bachelor party. Bride Carrie wears a custom made wedding gown by cancer survivor Amy Michelson, and is covered in diamonds by Tacori, as is her entire bridal party, creating a spectacular sparkle effect during a ceremony that is lit by 1000 candles.

The theme of the reception is "Christmas in New York," to combine the couple´s favorite city and holiday - marking a milestone in Kyle´s life as, at one point, he wasn´t expected to live past Christmas. A New York City skyline is built to create Christmas-decorated store fronts, and Kristi Yamaguchi helps install a synthetic ice skating rink which can stand the California heat, built to resemble the famous rink at Rockefeller Center. To complete the New York at Christmastime theme, snow falls at the reception and the newlyweds, surrounded by 150 family and friends - who were flown in within 48 hours - dine under 10,000 strands of twinkle lights on filet mignon and lobster. To top it off, legendary Liza Minnelli performs the classic "New York, New York" at the newly married couple´s reception.

Second Season Of BLOW OUT To Premiere On Bravo June 7

After renowned hairstylist Jonathan Antin opened Jonathan Salon Beverly Hills last year with great success, great drama and a season finale capturing over one million viewers on Bravo, viewers can delve into Antin´s new career ambitions, the lives of his talented stylists, and the new Jonathan Product team with the second-season premiere of BLOW OUT on Tuesday, June 7 (9-10 p.m. ET).

In addition, Antin turns his sights on the global market as he plans the worldwide launch of his multi-million dollar hair care line, Jonathan Product. It´s his latest and most taxing undertaking yet -- and ripe with all the tears, trials and tension tailor-made for intriguing television this summer.

"This new line could make me bigger than Vidal Sassoon, but if Jonathan Product doesn´t hit the shelves in a few months we could all lose everything," says Antin in the season premiere episode. "I could lose my house, my car, my salons, my employees. I could come out the biggest hairstylist in history and a multi-millionaire or I could lose the shirt off my back."

It´s been a year since the grand opening of Jonathan Salon Beverly Hills and Antin´s dream of establishing a presence in the beauty capital of the world was realized. Now, he´s poised to make his impact on the hair care industry with the launch of Jonathan Product, the culmination of years of experience and his innate knowledge of the products needed to accentuate a perfect cut. It´s a risky endeavor for any company, and an even greater one for the individual whose name is on it, and whose livelihood is dependent on its success.

Red-eye flights, hourly calls - it´s just the beginning of what´s demanded of Antin and the team, led by established beauty experts Beth Ann Catalano and Tina Hedges, as he prepares for the launch of Jonathan Product. And the clock is ticking - the timeline for the launch of Antin´s product line is just three months.

And while Jonathan Product has been available for purchase in Antin´s salons for years, the growing pains experienced as the tried-and-true products are finessed and re-branded are no less grueling - especially when Antin´s artistic sensibility clashes with hard deadlines. The process is further complicated when a test of wills ensues between the exacting stylist and the cocky design guru who has no qualms about challenging the hairstylist´s own creative vision.

The pressures weigh heavily on Antin - a man not afraid to cry. What drives the passionate stylist and entrepreneur and what is the personal cost of success. To answer that question, season two takes viewers inside Antin´s private therapy sessions, as well as explores his relationships with girlfriend Sescie, and his sister and best friend Robin Antin, creator of the Pussycat Dolls.

Also joining Antin are his talented stylists, but who remains from the first season and who was let go. New faces will also be introduced as season two follows Antin as he bounces back and forth between his Beverly Hills and West Hollywood locations in an effort to keep both businesses running smoothly. The audience will see an overextended Antin struggling to keep it all in check as he pushes himself, his stylists, and the Jonathan Product executive team to the brink of success, all in the name of good hair.

As a teenager, Antin was inspired to become a stylist by Warren Beatty´s role as the sexy, lady-loving George Roundy in the hit film SHAMPOO. He dropped out of Beverly Hills High to enroll in the Fairfax Beauty Academy, where he quickly landed a job at a trendy West Hollywood salon. Like Beatty´s character, Antin´s smoldering good looks and charisma, combined with his unique fashion sense proved irresistible. Within a few years, he claimed the salon as his own - garnering a list of celebrity clientele rivaling the best in the business. With the successful opening of Jonathan Salon Beverly Hills, Antin´s brand and presence in the beauty industry continues to grow as he looks to also expand and market his own product line, Jonathan Product.

New Reality Show SUPER AGENT Premiering July 22 on Spike TV

USC All American defensive lineman Shaun Cody is asking for an NFL team to ´show him the money.´ Fortunately, he has NFL All-Pro Tony Gonzalez and Spike TV to help. Cody, a future millionaire and blue-chip NFL draft pick will decide between nine prominent sports agents angling to represent him in SUPER AGENT, a new, original eight-episode series on Spike TV premiering Friday, July 22 (10:00 - 11:00pm ET/PT).

Gonzalez, the Kansas City Chiefs´ future Hall of Fame tight end, will serve as host and provide council to Cody as he puts the nine agents through a litany of challenges and tasks to ultimately represent him.

"This series lifts the curtain on the intriguing decision-making process top athletes go through in deciding on an agent," said Kevin Kay, Executive Vice President, Programming and Production, Spike TV.

The tasks the various agents will be judged will showcase their skills in negotiating deals, evaluating football talent, and handling personal relationships with friends and families. From the sidelines of the Senior Bowl, to Super Bowl hospitality tents, to Cody´s living room in Hacienda, CA, Spike TV´s cameras will follow the agents in their quest to land the multi-million dollar client.

In each episode, a different agent who fails to impress Cody in the assigned task will be eliminated. Gonzalez will serve as his trusted advisor and mentor through the process and will be on hand in each episode to share his eight years of NFL experience in dealing with agents with his younger neophyte. The winning agent is selected on the final episode. The series culminates on the NFL Draft Day as Cody receives the most anticipated call of his life - from his new NFL team.

"The most critical business decision a college athlete makes when becoming a professional athlete is choosing his agent," adds Gonzalez.

Gonzalez, a five-time Pro Bowl selection, has spent his entire eight-year career with the Kansas City Chiefs and is regarded as the game's preeminent tight end. In 2004, he became the first tight end in NFL history to record over 100 receptions in one season. Gonzalez grew up in Huntington Beach, CA and was the rare athlete to play both Division I football and basketball at the University of California at Berkeley.

Amy Henry

Age: 30

Residence: Austin, TX

Marital Status: Married

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Texas A&M University; MBA, Texas Christian University

Amy Henry was the "last woman standing" on the first season of THE APPRENTICE. A born and bred Texan, Amy has made her mark on the Lone Star State in which she has developed her own consulting company and is a sought-after public speaker, workshop leader, and business consultant. In addition to her business ventures, Amy serves as an active volunteer for St. David´s Foundation and Camp Periwinkle, and is a spokesperson for The American Heart Association. She´s also on the Board of Directors of GENAustin.

Audrey Evans

Age: 22

Residence: Salt Lake City, UT

Marital Status: Married

Education: Certified Real Estate Professional

Audrey Evans knows what it takes to survive. After high school, Audrey did not have the opportunity to continue her education. She was determined to succeed, and became one of the youngest certified real estate agents in Utah. Coming from the Street Smarts team, and with the experience of THE APPRENTICE on her side, Audrey is expanding her business projects into the non-profit arena. She is currently working on starting an organization called "A Day on the Job," which helps underprivileged kids gain experience in the business community.

Brian

Age: 29

Residence: Wildwood, NJ

Marital Status: Single

Education: South Jersey Professional School of Business, Real Estate

Entrepreneur is not a big enough word for Brian McDowell. Brian was earning money as early as age 5. School was not just a place to learn—it was a place to do business. At 21, Brian sold his successful landscaping company, moved to New Jersey, started a retail novelty business, and trademarked and branded "GLOWLITES." As if that wasn´t enough, this self-made millionaire received his real estate license and now runs a real estate company servicing Cap May County, New Jersey. Brian is a risk-taker. Don´t miss the opportunity to talk with one of Trump´s chosen few on THE APPRENTICE Legend Cruise.

Maria

Age: 31

Residence: Virginia Beach, VA

Marital Status: Single

Education: MBA, Specialty Studies in Entrepreneurial Marketing, Regent University, Virginia

Season 2 of THE APPRENTICE had its share of outstanding leading women, including Maria Boren. Maria was the subject of one of the most surprising episodes of the season, when Mr. Trump fired two candidates on the same task. Beyond THE APPRENTICE, Maria carries a wealth of experience and accomplishments in her business life. She currently serves as the youngest vice president in the history of her company, Cornerstone Realty Income Trust. Where does her young success come from? A legacy handed down by a driven, full-time working role model (her mother), and her ability to keep her eye on her ever-evolving dream—a life based on balance.

Rob F

Age: 32

Residence: Frisco, TX

Marital Status: Married

Education: B.S., Kinesiology, University of Texas at Austin

Rob´s one episode on Season 2 of THE APPRENTICE definitely did not do him justice. After earning a football scholarship to Northeast Missouri State University—where he was a four-year letterman and three-time NCAA All Conference linebacker—and gaining a B.A. at the University of Texas, he and his wife founded Flanagan Enterprises, Inc. They´ve grown it into a multimillion-dollar business. In 2003, Flanagan Enterprises, Inc. partnered with HotLink Marketing, the industry leader in process automation software for leveraging corporate purchasing power, where he is currently Vice President of Sales in Dallas.

Michael T

Age: 25

Residence: Boston, MA

Marital Status: Single

Education: Secondary education, The Pingree School in South Hamilton, MA B.A., Communications, Boston College

Okay, so Michael can´t sell a massage on the streets of New York. His teammates agreed, and Michael heard those two words, "You´re Fired!" But Michael says there is much more to come from him. A standout on Season 3, Michael hails from Boston, where he started a real estate development and investment firm at the age of 23. Since his experience on THE APPRENTICE, Michael has continued to expand his ventures. Currently, he is launching TarshiBar, Inc., a chocolate manufacturing and distribution company, and is investing in a sushi/sake bar in Boston

Stacie J.

Age: 29

Residence: New York, NY

Marital Status: Single

Education: B.A., Emory University; M.B.A., Mercer University

Stacie J. is the multi-talented wildcard from Season 2. It is no wonder Stacie J. made a lasting impression on fans. She is a tough businesswoman and her female competitors were quick to put her to the test. With a diverse career in modeling, acting, and owning her own restaurant franchise, Stacie J. fits perfectly in New York´s playground. Her career started at 16 and by the end of grad school, she had opened her first restaurant. Stacie now owns a Subway Sandwich Shop franchise in Harlem and continues her professional modeling career with Ford Model Management.

Raj

Age: 28

Residence: Philadelphia, PA

Marital Status: Single

Education: B.S., Economics and B.A., History, Boston College

Fans of Season 2 will not likely forget Raj. With a very impressive list of qualifications, Raj showed his competitors his strengths stretch beyond the Boardroom. Most notable for his out-of-the-box fashion and keen eye for the ladies, Raj was able to bring humor to the most serious of tasks. With humor on his side, Raj has already proven himself as a business success. At age 23, he founded Automovia Technology Partners, which developed cutting-edge technology for automobiles. He later created Vanquish Enterprises, a real estate company, which acquired a hotel, retail and condo development in Vail, CO.

Jennifer C.

Age: 31

Residence: New York, NY

Marital Status: Single

Education: B.F.A., Syracuse University

Jenn C. is a competitor, to say the least. With beauty and brains, she showed fans of Season 2 that she is determined to have her share of success. Mr. Trump must have agreed when he chose her as part of the elite group. Mr. Trump himself stated, "She is very tough and she is very smart!" Jennifer has been a competitor since the age of nine. At 21, she launched her successful career as a magazine photo editor. Jennifer continued her career in true New York fashion by moving into the highly competitive real estate game and landing a position with one of the most prestigious firms in NY.

Bradford

Age: 31

Residence: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Marital Status: Single

Education: J.D., Nova Southeastern Law School

It´s obvious why Bradford was an immediate standout in Season 2. He exudes leadership and confidence, and those qualities coupled with his successful dual career as a defense attorney and a real estate investor quickly put him on the favorites list, especially with his female competitors and teammates. However, taking one for the team in Episode 2 didn´t sit well with Mr. Trump, and his career as THE APPRENTICE was cut short. Bradford continues to grow his law practice, Bradford Cohen Law, and increase his real estate investments in Florida.

Nick

Age: 29

Residence: Los Angeles, CA

Marital Status: Single

Education: B.A., English, University of San Diego

Nick Warnock left a lasting impression as one of the "final four" from the original APPRENTICE. Good old-fashioned hard work put Nick´s career on the map, and his determination and natural selling skills secured him a golden opportunity in THE APPRENTICE. He was a hard worker, a tough boardroom competitor, and a charmer. Nick continues to diversify himself in his business and personal life. His experience on the hit show has led to many opportunities, including TV and film roles, speaking engagements across the country, and endorsements deals. On top of all this, he is currently filming a pilot for his own business show.

Another Cast Member Graduates From STARTING OVER

Bethany, a 21 year old real-life amnesiac who entered the STARTING OVER house with no recollection of her childhood or adolescence, has graduated in triumph from the acclaimed real-life daytime television drama distributed by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution (syndicated, check local listings for time and station).

Bethany (last names of cast withheld) came to the attention of TV producers during a casting call held in Charlotte, NC in October 2004. Pained by the previous loss of childhood memories, and terrified by the possibility that amnesia could strike again at any time, Bethany lived a sheltered existence with her family before entering the STARTING OVER house. Bethany´s goal for her time on STARTING OVER was to get to know herself without relying on the memories of others.

With the support of the STARTING OVER life coaches Rhonda Britten and Iyanla Vanzant and Consulting Psychologist Dr. Stan J. Katz, Bethany experienced a variety of treatments to help her regain her memory, including hypnotherapy and a trip to her hometown. Much to her surprise and happiness, Bethany recovered some lost memories and clues about her past.

Even while she recovered bits of her past, Bethany worked to develop a sense of self in her present. During the STARTING OVER process she experimented with several new experiences, including dating (something which had previously terrified her), riding a motorcycle, and she was able to try out new appearances thanks to professional makeovers. She even received an unforgettable first kiss thanks to several stars from the NBC Daytime series PASSIONS. Bethany leaves the STARTING OVER house newly confident, self-aware, and bursting with beauty, inside and out.

In honor of her graduation, Bethany received an all-expenses-paid trip to New York, including a shopping spree with professional stylist and STARTING OVER graduate Andy Paige. She also received a gift card from Dell for a computer that will help her with her desire to pursue further education.

STARTING OVER features six diverse women living in a Hollywood Hills home and striving to improve their lives with the help of Life Coaches and a Consulting Psychologist. The daily one-hour, real-life drama chronicles their progress as they attempt to make extraordinary changes in their lives.

Each woman in the STARTING OVER cast is expected to reside in the STARTING OVER house for six to twelve weeks, depending on the scope of her "project" and her rate of progress toward her goal. Those women who achieve their goals graduate in triumph. Those who falter can be asked to leave the house.

Casting Call - BOOK MILLIONAIRE, A New Reality TV Show Featuring Authors

BOOK MILLIONAIRE, a new reality TV show featuring authors seeking to publish fiction or non-fiction, announces an open casting call for the show´s debut season airing fall 2005. Eight people who want to become published writers or achieve best-selling celebrity status will meet with the BOOK MILLIONAIRE Publisher Committee in August 2005 to begin filming. The application deadline is July 31, 2005 - applications and details are available by going to http://realitytvwebsite.com/news041405c.html

Host and Executive Producer Lori Prokop explained, "Successful authors are often interesting, unconventional people. Best-selling and celebrity status happens for authors because they have unique or entertaining ideas, writings and stories. They also have the abilities and personalities to get the attention of the readers. In addition to achieving best-selling status, this also makes for great TV."

BOOK MILLIONAIRE will feature candidate authors with varying experience from all walks of life. Whether looking to publish fiction or non-fiction, self-published and unpublished writers as well as those with rough manuscripts and book ideas are encouraged to apply.

The number of new books published per year has skyrocketed from 50,000 in 1985 to near 200,000 in 2004, many written by first-time writers. As famous book clubs like the Oprah Winfrey Book Club have given writers incredible success, the public´s interest in how to become a best-selling author has increased dramatically in a short period of time. It is estimated that for every new, published author, there are five other writers trying to make it. Combine the 1,000,000 writers a year interested in becoming published with the established appeal of reality TV and BOOK MILLIONAIRE is positioned to become the next big reality TV show hit.

In the first season, the candidates will be placed on multiple teams to compete in real-world book promotion assignments featuring prominent companies and currently published titles. Viewers will watch the drama unfold as the tests reveal the candidates´ personalities, marketing skills, creativity, result-producing talents and team-working abilities. The Publisher Committee, comprised of publishing and information product experts, will measure the success of these tasks.

"The mysterious veil of publishing will be lifted," Prokop continued. "Viewers will experience first-hand how best-selling authors are created. The real-life, how-to-publish information delivered in this highly entertaining way is going to make it happen for candidate authors and viewers alike."

"I was very insistent on having a one-hour finale this season," said Donald Trump, Executive Producer. "Viewers want the live boardroom and they want to witness the excitement of the hiring. And that will be our focus this season-the completion of the task and the final live boardroom showdown."

Making the announcement from the atrium of Trump Tower in New York City, Trump revealed today that Bill Rancic, the original APPRENTICE winner whose one-year contract expires on April 15, would receive a one-year contract extension with The Trump Organization. "Bill has done an incredible job in the past year working for me," said Trump. "He´s so talented that I thought he might want to go out on his own and make millions. We´re lucky to have him back for another year and I can rest assured that my Chicago project is in the best of hands."

"I am so grateful for the opportunity that Mr. Trump has afforded me in the past year," said Rancic. "He has truly taken me under his wing and exposed me to his distinct and incredibly successful way of doing business. It will be a privilege to spend another year with him."

Fatty Koo is five real people with the real pressures of school, family, love, religion, money and sex -- who fight and argue about everything except their music. Fatty Koo is a group not created in the halls of a record label, but organically and authentically. No Svengali calling the shots. No mega- studio. No penthouse. No bling-bling. They are a talented, multicultural ensemble of young artists who experience the highs and lows of making an album and establishing relationships. The members of Fatty Koo hooked up aboard the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, and working together as one created a unique fusion of R&B, hip-hop, Latin, jazz and pop that led them to score a record deal with Sony Urban/DAS/Columbia Records.

In BLOWIN´ UP! FATTY KOO, viewers meet Eddie B., Gabrielle, Marya, Ron and Valure where they live -- writing, rehearsing and recording back home in Columbus and New York City; dealing with differences in culture, values and upbringing; making gut-wrenching decisions about the direction of the group while waving away the trappings of show business; and trying to concentrate on their music while navigating the rocky waters of a tough industry. It´s a formula for great television and BET jumped at the opportunity to partner with Columbia Records to bring the Fatty Koo experience into the living rooms of the network´s viewing audience.

"These are real young people with talents and dreams," said Stephen Hill, Executive Producer and BET Executive Vice President, Entertainment and Music Programming. "As this describes many in our audience, we saw this highly entertaining show as a perfect fit for BET. Our viewers will be cheering ... and sometimes jeering the moves of these five kids. But the point is that the audience will be engaged. This story is that compelling."

The show´s executive producers also include David Sonnenberg, Academy Award-winning producer for "When We Were Kings," S.A. Baron of Orson Entertainment and Gary Fisher, Senior Vice President of Video Promotion and Television Programming for Columbia Records.

"This is a show about extremely talented people who have made great music," said Fisher. "We wanted to take a format of television that people were comfortable with, in reality programming, and turn up the volume. These kids are authentic and fun to watch with a great story to tell."

The Fatty Koo debut album, HOUSE OF FATTY KOO, is slated for release on Tuesday, July 12.

Reality Show Cast Member Commits Suicide

A new reality show based on the life of Las Vegas Elvis Impersonator, Jesse Garon, entitled, VEGAS ELVIS, became the second reality program in less than two months to suffer a cast member suicide. One of the show´s supporting cast members and producer, Melanie Bell, 36, became the third person and first woman to jump to her death from the outdoor observation tower of the Stratosphere in Las Vegas on Friday, March 25, 2005.

This news comes on the heels of another reality show tragedy that was recently suffered by NBC and its highly rated show, THE CONTENDOR. Unlike Najai Turpin of THE CONTENDOR, Bell´s family and friends knew she suffered from severe depression which stemmed from her battle with Anorexia. She was recently released from an undisclosed eating disorder clinic in Alabama where she had successfully gained almost forty pounds in less than six months. Bell worked as a producer on VEGAS ELVIS, a new first-of-its-kind experimental reality show that features the film crew as part of the featured cast, which is lead by Jesse Garon, known as "The Official Elvis of Las Vegas".

"Melanie was a beautiful person and now to me the Stratosphere will always be a Heart Break Hotel," said Garon.

Bell was often seen interviewing cast members and working out the day to day logistics of the show which had just finished filming the first four episodes the day before she took her own life.

"Melanie was a good friend and co-worker for many years and will be dearly missed," said Christopher Dreyer, creator of VEGAS ELVIS. "Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to her family who should know that she was deeply loved by her fellow cast and crew in Las Vegas. It will take some time to heal from this tremendous heartache but I know Melanie would agree the show must go on."

VEGAS ELVIS, co-produced by Elvis Entertainment International and Los Angeles-based production company, The Dream Factory, intends to dedicate the reality show to Bell while also paying tribute to her in a later episode that correlates to the timeline of her tragic death.

Britney and Husband Doing A Reality TV Show For UPN

Pop icon Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline have reached an agreement with UPN to broadcast a new television series that shares their personal love story though exclusive, never-before-seen private home videos they shot themselves during their courtship, engagement and wedding. The series will include six episodes to be broadcast on UPN later this season, it was announced yesterday by Dawn Ostroff, President, UPN.

This fun, uniquely personal series, shot mostly by Britney and Kevin with their own camera, will give viewers a rare glimpse inside the couple´s relationship and life together. The footage begins shortly after Britney and Kevin first met in Los Angeles and headed off to Europe together on tour, leading up to and including their wedding day. UPN is also
shooting new footage and commentary with Britney and Kevin that will guide viewers through their story. The show will have an exclusive second window on MTV Music Group channels.

Britney stated, "I am so excited about the series. From the day that Kevin and I met, there have been constant rumors and inaccurate speculation about our lives together. I feel that last year the tabloids ran my life and I am really excited about showing my fans what really happened rather than all the stories, which have been misconstrued by journalists in the past. As I mentioned before, I am now going to be expressing my personal life through art. This series will show us falling in love and all the adventures that went on overseas during the European leg of my Onyx Hotel tour. It´s going to be an exciting ride." Kevin feels this project will speak for itself. Simply put, he says, "It is a documentation of love."

"Britney Spears is a superstar who is very popular with UPN´s viewers, making her and Kevin´s show in this format a perfect fit for our network´s audience and programming sensibilities," said Ostroff. "As we all know, Britney and Kevin´s life together has been played out in front of the public through Internet speculation, the gossip columnists and entertainment magazines, but now, for the first time, their millions of fans will get to see and hear the couple´s real story on UPN as told directly by them.
