THE ROB AND AMBER PROJECT Coming To Fox Reality In Ten Episode Series

THE ROB AND AMBER PROJECT Comes to Fox Reality; New Original Series Scheduled to Premiere in January 2007

Reality darlings Rob and Amber Mariano (of "Survivor: Marquesas" (Season 4), "Survivor All-Stars" (Season 8) and "The Amazing Race" (Season 7) fame) are set to enter the most challenging phase of their young marriage: Rob′s desire to risk their earnings by becoming a professional gambler. Fox Reality, the only all reality, all the time channel, will track the ups and downs of this charismatic couple in a brand new original series for cable and satellite television. The new Fox Reality Original, "THE ROB AND AMBER PROJECT (working title)" is a series of ten, half-hour shows slated to air on the U.S. cable and satellite network beginning in January ′07.

Having wed on national television in 2005, Rob now wants to take the couple's "Survivor" and "Amazing Race" winnings and parlay them into millions more by moving to Vegas and becoming a professional poker player. Amber, his ever-supportive wife, is not so sure about this.

THE ROB AND AMBER PROJECT will allow viewers to peek into their private life. From the confines of their master bedroom to super-secret poker dens, audiences will see this newly-married couple live glamorously on the edge. And ultimately, will Rob and Amber be able to withstand the pressures of their new life, celebrity friends and poker elite...without destroying their loving domestic relationship?

David Lyle, Fox Reality COO & General Manager, said, "We pride ourselves on bringing original, unpredictable and exciting programming to reality fans who just can′t get enough. The show, like Rob and Amber themselves, will embrace the spirit of our network. We are proud they chose Fox Reality for their first reality show outside the broadcast world."
