THE PRINCES OF MALIBU Moving to Fox Reality TV

This Sunday, Fox Networks Group´s new cable and satellite network Fox Reality becomes home to THE PRINCES OF MALIBU, an original reality series begun on Fox Broadcasting Co. earlier this summer. David Lyle, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Fox Realty, said Fox Reality will also keep THE PRINCES OF MALIBU in its same 8:30 pm (ET) time period on each of the next four Sundays to complete its four original episodes.

"People who love reality TV are some of the most passionate fans you could hope to find," Lyle said. "One goal in creating Fox Reality is to offer fans an exciting place to share in their commitment to reality. We offer them a wide range of programming, including shows that didn´t complete their runs elsewhere."

THE PRINCES OF MALIBU, an unscripted series filled with humor and some universally relatable family issues, focuses on the home life of legendary musician, composer, arranger and producer David Foster, his wife Linda Thompson an award-winning songwriter, and his stepsons Brandon (24) and Brody (21). The remaining four original episodes will air on consecutive Sundays, beginning July 31 (8:30 PM 9:00 PM ET/PT).

THE PRINCES OF MALIBU uncovers the comedy that inevitably arises when two free-wheeling adult brothers live at home with their mother and stepfather. The difference here is that their home is a luxurious 22-acre compound by the sea. Set in the ritzy, sun-drenched environs of tony Malibu, California, the show reveals both the drama and the humor as Brandon and Brody Jenner live the high life while trying to coexist with their stepdad.

The recipient of 14 Grammy Awards, Foster has worked with some of the most successful artists in the music industry world-class performers such as Paul McCartney, Barbra Streisand, Lionel Richie, Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Celine Dion, Neil Diamond, Josh Groban and many others. But while Foster´s prolific career continues to soar, things at home have gotten complicated when it comes to his stepsons. The boys are attractive and charming and they´ve learned how to use their "skills" to get themselves out of tricky situations. They can do no wrong in the eyes of their mother, a former Miss Tennessee who dated Elvis Presley for five years and was later married to Olympian Bruce Jenner.

So while Foster is hard at work, Brandon and Brody are working hard at spending his money running up tabs at expensive restaurants, partying all night, and bringing literally hundreds of friends and strangers home with them. All that is about to stop. Foster is putting his foot down.

He´s being driven to distraction and the boys´ antics aren´t exactly pleasing neighbors like Streisand, Britney Spears and Pamela Anderson. If Brandon and Brody want to keep living under Foster´s roof, they´ll have to act more responsibly and start paying their own way.
