On January 1st VH1´s popular Celebreality block returns with the ever popular diet and fitness series, CELEBRITY FIT CLUB, only this time, it will be paired with FLAVOR OF LOVE, starring the outrageous Flavor Flav and 20 buxom beauties all vying to be Mrs. Flav. Fans of both shows can get a sneak peek of these premiere episodes on VH1´s Broadband Network VSPOT on Sunday, December 25.

Once again the celebs prove they´re human as they strive to eat right, exercise and stay mentally fit...just like us. Watch as they embark on their own grueling fitness journeys together and fight each other to reach their goals.
CELEBRITY FIT CLUB 3 will air Sunday nights at 9pm for 8 weeks beginning January 1, 2006.

Brigitte and Flavs´ mom both make an appearance to help guide him as he whittles the 20 ladies down to one in this fun, funny and distinctively different version of THE BACHELOR.
