A&E´s New Real-Life SERIES SPYING ON MYSELF

Have you ever wanted to unlock years of mystery, find out why someone doesn´t like you, why your friend ignores your fiance, where a particular person´s grudge comes from - have you ever wondered what people think of you?

What they really think of you?

What do your co-workers say about you when you´re not around? What about your friends...your family? Has someone been avoiding you for years and you don´t know why? Does your mother in law give you the silent treatment? A&E Network´s new series SPYING ON MYSELF gives real-life participants the unique opportunity to find out what people think of you. SPYING ON MYSELF premiered on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at 10 ET /9PM CT.

Blending the voyeuristic thrills of TAXI CAB CONFESSIONS, the psychological drama of THE REAL WORLD and an I-can´t-believe-they-are-doing-this attitude, SPYING ON MYSELF uses state of the art makeup and disguise techniques to transform participants into a completely different person. They will then undergo training by acting coaches where they are taught how to speak, walk and behave with a new identity and connected to CIA-esque professionals who give participants ear pieces with which to communicate. Finally the person is sent out on the mission: to find out the truth about themselves in their own world. What will someone´s family and friends say about them when they think they aren´t around?

SPYING ON MYSELF gives participants a once-in-a-lifetime chance to infiltrate their own lives. Each episode climaxes when the spy reveals his or her true identity - and confronts the unsuspecting target.
